About Post Tracking India

Post Tracking India (डाक साथी, "post companion") is a free, independent help site for people in India who send or receive items by India Post. We built it because the hard part is rarely typing a tracking number. It's everything around it: a mistyped number, a confusing status, a missing pincode, a complaint nobody knows how to write, and a flood of fake "parcel held" messages.

We are not India Post. We don't book, carry or deliver items, and we can't change an item's status. Official tracking, complaints and services are on indiapost.gov.in.

The site is supported by advertising, so every tool stays free with no sign-up.

Who runs it

Post Tracking India is built and run by Kartik and Aditya. We write the guides, check facts and prices against India Post's own notices, and fix the tools when something breaks.

Please don't send us parcel complaints. We can't act on them. Use our complaint writer and send it to India Post.
