What stays on your device
Tracking numbers you save, their labels and your saved sender address are stored only in your browser's local storage. They are not sent to our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Lookups we send to other services
Pincode searches are sent to the public pincode service at api.postalpincode.in. If you use "Near me", your location is sent to OpenStreetMap Nominatim to find your pincode. When you click "Track on India Post", you leave our site for indiapost.gov.in. When live tracking isn't connected, the result card shows 17TRACK's public tracking widget. Your tracking number is then sent to 17TRACK (17track.net), which shows the status in a frame on our page under its own privacy policy. The scam checker runs entirely in your browser. The message you paste is not uploaded.
Advertising and cookies
We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalised ads at Google Ads Settings, and learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are visited, how visitors arrive and what device they use. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address, browser details and the pages you view; it does not receive the tracking numbers you enter. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and read Google's privacy policy.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
