How sellers use it
- WhatsApp and SMS: "Your order is on its way. Track it here:" followed by the link.
- Order emails: paste the button code into your shipping-confirmation template, with the number filled in.
- Many orders at once: you and your staff can check a whole list of numbers together on bulk tracking.
What your buyer sees
The link opens Post Tracking India with the number already filled in: the latest status in plain words, the journey by day, a route map and what to do if something goes wrong. It works in English and Hindi, on any phone, with no app or login.
Post Tracking India is an independent site, not India Post. Questions or a bigger integration? Email [email protected].
